Terms of Use
These terms apply to Weather Terminal, the weather dashboard at weather-terminal.com. They cover acceptable use, account rules, share links, weather-data disclaimers and liability limits. Privacy and cookies are described separately on the Policy page.

2. Scope of the service
Weather Terminal provides a weather dashboard with location search, forecast display, account-backed preferences and short-lived share links.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse, attack, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- upload or transmit malicious code, spam or unlawful content;
- bypass rate limits or generate share links at abusive volume.
4. Accounts and share links
Accounts unlock saved preferences and the ability to generate short-lived share links for weather cards. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
5. Age restriction
To create an account, you must be at least 16 years old. Accounts created in breach of this rule may be removed.
6. Weather data and third-party providers
Forecasts and current conditions are sourced from third-party providers. Weather Terminal is an informational tool only. It is not a safety-critical alerting system, emergency service, aviation briefing or professional meteorological advisory product.
7. Intellectual property
Weather Terminal content, branding, layouts and original code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party weather data remains subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep it reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Forecasts, scoring and activity verdicts (for example drone, cycling, photography or gardening recommendations) are informational and derived automatically from third-party weather data. They must not be treated as professional meteorological advice, aviation briefings, emergency guidance or a substitute for official safety sources. You remain solely responsible for decisions made based on this information, including decisions with safety, financial, regulatory or property implications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weather Terminal and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, property or opportunity resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service or its forecasts. Mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law are not affected.
9. Privacy and data protection
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU law. For consumers habitually resident in another EU Member State, mandatory consumer protections of the country of residence remain unaffected.
We will try to resolve disputes amicably first. If you need consumer redress resources, you may consult the Consumer Redress in the EU.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product, security or legal changes. The date and version at the top show the latest revision.
